Management of the EGC Project Portfolio budget of 40m€ , facilitating project approval, investment appraisal and benefit realisation. Risk management and mitigation at a portfolio level. Responsibility for the commercial and financial controlling processes for the Project Portfolio. Creation, operation and ownership of the Project Governance process which has been integrated with current project methodologies and best practices. Line and functional responsibility for 20 people.
Specific focus on the design,implementation and operation of the governance framework, quality & delivery assurance and project support functions for the entire EET project portfolio.
