Improved processes, services and support for the military fleet, achieving profitability improvement by proactively identifying and driving solutions for maintenance and logistics issues, and negotiating new priorities. Primary interface with Customer and NHI industrial partners and vendors, consolidating international network and enhancing customer satisfaction. For Leonardo Helicopters led and reorganized AAS rotary-wings services for worldwide customers (Europe, USA, and the Middle East), including maintenance, logistics, R&O, sales, and contracts. Drove the growth of two facilities, successfully ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, cost saving, profit margins, and implementing new strategic business opportunities development. Led and directed a multicultural and cross-functional team of 50+ members, fostering teamwork, continuous improvement and engagement. Spearhead a new customer service operational model enhancing efficiency and delivering high-performance responses to the needs of civil and military operators for AW139, A109 family, AW119, AB212/412, AB204/205/206, NH90, and CH47 helicopters.
