1. Prepare reports and presentations to senior management, shareholders (board of director's meeting), and third parties. 2. Support in management's decion making process by providing accurate and timely financial data and financial projections 3. Monitoring budgets of operating companies to be use in different analysis 4. Creating, maintaining and monitoring weekly cash flow of the group. 5. Assist in identifying and managing financial, operational, legal, and other types of business risk. 6. Collaborate and communicate with other departments and business heads to ensure timely and successful implementation of projects. 7. Making memorandum letters and legal contracts.
