About

I am an experienced Health and Social Care Team Leader with over 10 years’ experience delivering and overseeing community-based services for individuals with complex needs across recovery, housing support, and multidisciplinary systems. I currently work within commissioned recovery services in West Lothian, providing operational leadership, governance oversight, and workforce management in close partnership with HSCPs, Alcohol and Drug Partnerships, NHS colleagues, and third-sector providers. I regularly represent services at ADP and multi-agency forums, contributing to care pathway development, MAT Standards implementation, and trauma-informed system change. My role combines frontline leadership with system-level accountability, including performance monitoring, safeguarding assurance, regulatory compliance, and data-led quality improvement. I use service data and KPIs to inform decision-making, manage risk, and support continuous improvement aligned with commissioning priorities. I bring a calm, evidence-informed, and collaborative leadership approach, with a strong focus on outcomes, equity of access, and service user voice. I am motivated by work that strengthens integrated care systems and delivers measurable improvements for vulnerable populations.
