I hold a B.Tech. in Computer Science from NIT Bhopal and am currently pursuing an MBA in International Business at IIFT Delhi, where I am expanding my expertise in strategy, management, and global business practices. Also developing executive briefing agents that provide senior leadership with insights on industry trends, competitor movements, and prospect analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Working on a java-based onboarding platform delivers a seamless, paperless investor experience with instant engagement in the channel they prefer. It automates KYC, simplifies data collection using azure document analysis, enables e-signatures using docu-sign and online verification for faster, more personalized onboarding. By integrating Azure AI, we are reducing operational overhead and accelerating the onboarding process. The platform streamlines both simple and complex journeys, helping firms scale high-volume business, strengthen investor-advisor connections, and stay compliant with regulatory requirements.
Worked on an event aggregator service to generate business reports and track KPIs across multiple applications and platforms. Led the deployment and maintenance of the Airtel Lite application in new operating countries. Additionally, built a service to provide 5G coverage insights and device compatibility information, enhancing accessibility and user experience.
Built Airtel's progressive web app (PWA) backend from scratch, contributed to Airtel Africa’s WhatsApp chat service and B2C middleware layer using Spring Boot, Java, MongoDB, Postgres, and Redis. Led API development and integration from diverse services to build the backend infrastructure for Applite (PWA) and middleware powering multiple web portals. Designed and implemented low-level components to ensure efficient communication, scalability, and reliable data exchange between backend systems and frontend interfaces.
Worked on Airtel Africa’s B2B sales and distribution platform, implementing new features and ensuring compliance with African OPCO regulations using Java, OracleDB, Struts2, and iReport. Gained deep technical and functional knowledge of a large-scale legacy B2B system and actively shared this expertise with internal and partner teams due to limited documentation. Implemented security filters and interceptors to strengthen the platform against external threats, enhancing overall system reliability and security.
