OSMOSE project, Vendin-le-Vieil: Assist supervision 94 housing units (T2 to T5) in a semi-urban environment, featuring BYSCO, BYLIG, and small collective housing types. Major rehabilitation of an exceptional monument located in the heart of the Neustadt district, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The 20,000 m² building is divided into various uses: residential units, offices, a brasserie, and a senior residence. My role: Monitoring of partners and subcontractors (Technical and Secondary Building Trades) Budget creation and follow-up, Construction schedule set up and updates, Launching and follow-up of technical implementations, Relationships with Engineers, Architects and Owners, Inviting subcontractors to tender, Managing and supervising subcontractors from technical, administrative, contractual and financial point of view, Close out and warranty follow-up.
