- Curate an organic content calendar for static and story posts on social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn aligning with the brand and trending content - Analyze content performance across all social media platforms - Collaborate with the web and email marketing teams and merchandisers to plan and produce organic social media content - Collaborate with merchandising teams to plan and produce vendor-requested organic content - Use and navigate Meta and social media organization tools to schedule posts, respond to followers and customer service requests, regulate the social media platforms - Manage Google Business and Bing Places profiles, edit location profiles, and oversee and respond to customer comments, questions, and reviews
• Curate content for posts and stories on off-site social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn • Collaborate with the on-site marketing, off-site marketing, and merchandising teams to plan and produce marketing content • Use and navigate Meta and social media organization tools to schedule posts, respond to followers and regulate the social media platforms
• Duties included maintaining marketing database(s) and day-to-day electronic (and hard) file organization as well as editing/proofreading copy for publication, the work required high attention to detail, excellent organization and time management skills.
• Edited the company’s website to upload monthly blog posts, design header and preview photos and curate the preview captions for each post • Worked on the creation and scheduling of links, email, and text-chain blasts specific to each of the 7 locations • Analyzed email response data from the previous year and into the summer, noting specific trends in member’s click-through rate throughout the year based on the status of the person’s membership with Fit Factory
Assisting students with homework questions, as well as organizing and holding review sessions prior to examinations. The role entails regularly meeting with the Professor to discuss information and gather the proper materials needed, in order to be aligned with the class sections' schedule. The role also requires being in contact and receiving feedback from students on their understanding of the material after review sessions.
