About

Writer - Artist - Curator - Educator Current M.A.R. Candidate at Yale Divinity, concentrating in Religion and the Arts (Visual Art Track) I am currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Religion with a focus on Religion and the Arts at Yale University and am deeply committed to exploring the intersections of visual arts, culture, and spirituality. My foundation in the arts, stems from my time at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design (MCAD), from which I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Studio Art and Art History). My artistic practice is rooted in the exploration of sensorial encounters of the 'divine' and often engages with themes that bridge fine art and cultural discourse. In addition to this practice, I am passionate about arts education and curatorial work. I have taught and assisted in a variety of settings, from local community art programs to international initiatives. Beyond my work in the arts, I currently support communications and alumni engagement initiatives for the Yale School of the Environment and the Yale Environmental Leadership Training Initiative. Ultimately, I strive to cultivate spaces that challenge one-dimensional conventions, foster dialogue, and motivate cultural growth.
