I am a senior at WPI, working towards my BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering along with a Fire Protection Engineering Minor. I have experience in design, prototyping, and fire protection. I am currently looking for a full time position in either Mechanical or Fire Protection Engineering.
Work with the Makerspace staff to manage, maintain, and operate machines and equipment in the WPI Makerspace. Provides direct support and training to users in the operation of maker technologies in the space
Greeted students as they enter the manufacturing lab, helped answer questions about the facility, performed tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager or Sr. Instructional Laboratory Technician, conducted machine maintenance and assisted students, staff and faculty with machine use (laser cutter, 3-D printer, CNC machines) and gave tours of the facility
Executed Fire Protection and Life Safety code consulting tasks on projects, including design mark-ups, technical writing and consulting questions.
Worked Summers June-August Lifeguarded and taught swim to kids of all ages including kids with special needs.
Worked Summers June-August Lifeguarded and worked with Cub and Boy Scouts with improving their swimming abilities, waterfront activities, scout skills and merit badges.
