As Founder and President of Gamecocks RUN, I scaled the organization from 5 to 64 members in one year (1,180% growth) and led social media campaigns that grew interest by 715% and Instagram reach by 1,398.9%. As a Field Sales Intern at J-B Weld Company, I manage product distribution, inventory levels, and retail presentation for account portfolios across key Florida regional territories. My responsibilities include cultivating and maintaining strategic partnerships with Ace Hardware store owners and managers to drive brand loyalty and maximize localized sales volume. I also focus on optimizing product placement, introducing new product lines, and implementing high-impact point-of-purchase displays to increase in-store visibility and sell-through. Additionally, I act as a trusted brand expert to educate store staff on product applications and identify growth opportunities that expand J-B Weld’s retail presence and market share.
As the Founder and President of Gamecocks RUN, I lead the strategic planning and execution of all club activities, ensuring seamless operations across all aspects. My responsibilities include organizing and facilitating informational meetings, coordinating running schedules, and managing logistics for meeting times and locations. I also assist with overseeing the club’s social media presence, ensuring consistent engagement with our community. Additionally, I establish and promote health and fitness goals for members, fostering a supportive environment that encourages personal growth and well-being.
As a dual-role team member and an opener of the Moxy Columbia Hotel, I create memorable guest experiences from check-in to last call. I welcome and assist guests with warmth and efficiency, ensuring a smooth stay through use of Fosse and GXP systems. At the front desk, I handle reservations, check-ins/outs, and problem resolution while maintaining the energy and vibe that defines the Moxy brand. Behind the bar, I craft cocktails and serve beverages that bring people together, curating a social and lively atmosphere for both guests and locals. In both roles, I manage lobby cleanliness, maintain stock, and uphold brand standards, balancing operational responsibilities with guest engagement.
As a Brother of Pi Sigma Epsilon, I completed a competitive, multi-month prospective member process to earn initiation into the organization. I actively engage with the brotherhood through professional, social, outreach, and service events, including collaborations with Gamecocks RUN to coordinate semesterly service projects that provide members with volunteer opportunities and service points. From June to September, I served on the Recruitment Committee Board, where I helped recruit prospective members and represented the organization’s values and culture. In addition, I regularly participate in networking events and sales competitions and currently lead mock interviews to help prepare prospective members for success. I currently serve as Vice President of Professional Development. Through this role, I am able to ensure the success of my brother’s endeavors and hone everyone’s professional skills. Within this role I will lead Case Competitions, partner with other organizations, bring in guest speakers, and continuously improve our professional presence.
As a server in the Library at the Clubhouse, I provided attentive service while fostering meaningful connections. This experience allowed me to grow both professionally and personally, enhancing my communication skills and strengthening my ability to engage with members in a refined hospitality setting.
