Strong advocate for sustainability, justice, diversity, equity, and inclusivity. As a first-generation immigrant and first-generation student, I have often felt out of place. This has allowed me to gain unique perspectives and become a highly driven individual. I understand what it is like to be part of an underserved community, so I strive to provide help and empathy when the opportunity arises. Likewise, I am always seeking new knowledge, skills, and conversations! Please feel free to contact me!

Northeast Partnership for Atmospheric and Related Sciences (NEPARS) Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) program at Hobart & William Smith Colleges (HWS) funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF). Conducted research under Dr. Neil Laird studying the effects of cold weather and climate change on emergency response management. Utilized various statistical analyses programs (Excel, IBM SPSS, etc) and Geographic Information Systems programs (ArcGIS Pro, ArcMap, ArcCatalog, etc) to determine the populations in NYC most impacted during cold weather. A ZIP Code Locator variable was created to map the EMS calls made in each region, as well as the demographic data. Statistical significance and bivariate Pearson correlations were determined to identify significant relationships. Presented findings at the 2024 American Meteorological Society (AMS) Student Conference
