My approach is grounded in accountability, values-based leadership, and a deep belief in systems that work for both staff and the people we serve. I am passionate about human rights, social justice, and community-led change. Beyond my formal roles, I have supported diaspora and grassroots organisations through advocacy, mobilisation, and public dialogue, experiences that have shaped my enduring commitment to equity, truth-telling, and the power of collective action.
