We have completed 20 years in South Africa and are proudly recognized as a South African member country. We focus on building a diverse and inclusive workplace. In October 2019, we launched our 12-month internship program, hiring individuals with disabilities to help operate and scale our business administration in South Africa. We have trained over 1,000 interns, including 30+ interns with disabilities. At Zensar South Africa, we work with Tomorrow Trust, Education Africa, SETA, TUT, and ISETT to lead our community efforts. We actively seek to contribute to critical areas of education, skill development, community development, and social impact. Our key initiatives include the Tomorrow Trust Shift Program, Siyazigabisa Home of Hope, and the Learnership Development Program.
