Our corporate internship program targets college students who are interested in Human Resources. The 12-week program is designed to equip students with the skills to become successful professionals. Each intern is assigned a mentor based on their area of interest and given supplemental tasks, culminating in a capstone project displaying the knowledge they gained during the program. We want to be the change agents that leave a positive imprint on interns’ professional journeys to success. During the GROW program, students will have the ability to participate in a structured rotational program with unique development opportunities. They will be part of a unique cohort-style group exposed to a variety of networking opportunities. The program is designed for engineers to explore different career paths while maximizing their leadership potential and preparing them to leave with insightful knowledge of Westlake practices by the end of their rotations.
