Werk 2 Raumgestaltung GmbH is a general constructor based in Berlin Köpenick, Germany. We plan, coordinate and realise buildings of all kind, mainly already existing buildings for residential purposes. Working in existing buildings does use existing recourses and preserves valuable buildings. Everything starts with an idea, a wish or a vision. These ideas and wishes are usually not yet precisely defined and need to be put into a framework. In dialog with our clients, we structure thoughts in order to define concrete goals for joint projects. Our credo is a holistic approach to building projects, which requires financial consideration in addition to planning and aesthetic requirements. We carry out comprehensive assessments of the projects in the working group and benefit from our extensive network of craftsmen and industry. As a team, we work on a wide range of planning tasks. In cooperation with architects and specialist technical planners, we tackle complex challenges in various project phases. We continuously work on solutions for the efficient and sustainable implementation of projects. In doing so, we always keep an eye on the subsequent realization of what has been planned and can thus prevent problems. An efficient and smooth construction process begins with the selection of the construction method, the materials and the consideration of the various locations. We see the planning and execution phases as a single task. The construction projects are realized with specialist companies from different trades. Reliability and loyalty are our prerequisites for professional cooperation. The projects require construction management that combines planning and organizational processes in the execution. With our extensive network of tradesmen and suppliers, we have reliable partners at our disposal, enabling us to guarantee professional and punctual execution.
