Welshare Health is building the Agent Gateway to Patient Health Profiles. The Health Profile Matching Protocol (HPMP) is a decentralized, privacy-preserving infrastructure that enables AI agents to discover and interact with real-world health data in a consent-based, secure way. HPMP lets agentic researchers match with user-owned profiles, open conversational data exchanges, and build decentralized knowledge graphs — all without compromising data ownership or privacy. It’s the foundation for the second epoch of DeSci (Decentralized Science): permissionless, agentic, patient-in-the-loop research.
