Voss Sales Coaching & Consulting helps early-stage B2B tech founders turn early traction into a focused, repeatable sales motion. I work with technical founders who have pilots, first customers or investor interest – but are not yet ready for a full-time VP Sales. Instead, I act as a Fractional Head of Sales to bridge the gap from founder-led sales to the first strategic commercial hire. Typical focus areas: • Clarifying ICP, value proposition and pricing • Turning ad-hoc pilots into a structured, qualified pipeline • Designing GTM plans and simple, pragmatic sales processes • Coaching founders on discovery, value-based selling and closing • Defining when – and whom – to hire as the first full-time sales leader VSC was founded by me, Christian Voss – a senior B2B sales operator with 25+ years of experience, including roles as Founding Head of Sales at German Bionic (exoskeletons), part of the core team at Advanced Telematic Systems (acquired by HERE Technologies), and sales leadership positions in climate tech at Green City Solutions and NeoCarbon. I primarily support seed to pre-Series A B2B tech startups in Europe, with a focus on robotics & exoskeletons, climate tech and automotive. As part of my commitment to long-term impact, 0.5% of all revenue from Voss Sales Coaching & Consulting is contributed to permanent CO₂ removal.
