Non-profit Organizations ยท CA
Virtually Testing Foundation (VTF) is a 501(c)(3) public charity based in California, run entirely by volunteers and dedicated to serving communities through free digital safety and nonprofit support services. We believe every community and nonprofit organization, regardless of size or resources, deserves access to the tools, knowledge, and guidance that help them operate safely, effectively, and sustainably. Our mission is to strengthen the capacity of community organizations and support underserved groups by providing free programs, awareness resources, and operational guidance. VTF offers governance, marketing, and financial support to small and mid-sized nonprofits so they can focus on their missions without being burdened by administrative or technical challenges. By doing this work as a volunteer-run charity, we fill a critical gap for nonprofits that cannot afford expensive consultants or professional memberships. Beyond supporting nonprofit partners, VTF also serves the general public through community awareness campaigns on digital safety. These programs address issues like online fraud, identity theft, phishing, and privacy risks that affect families, seniors, and vulnerable populations. Our volunteers create free guides, host awareness webinars, and partner with local organizations to deliver these resources directly to the people who need them most. We operate globally, with volunteers contributing across multiple time zones, but our focus remains on serving local communities first. Every program and resource is offered free of charge and made publicly available, ensuring that cost is never a barrier to access. As a volunteer-driven public charity, VTF is funded solely through donations and grants. Every dollar received directly supports our mission of empowering nonprofits and protecting communities through awareness, guidance, and social support.
