Higher Education ยท Tasmania
The University's leadership and commitment to sustainability is embedded in our values, vision and mission statements, together with our strategic plan. Building on these guiding statements, our sustainability framework provides the foundation for the University's holistic approach to sustainability. We regularly ask our students and staff about their expectations and assessment of our performance through a biennial survey. We committed to fostering an inclusive culture which promotes equality, values diversity and maintains a working, learning and social environment in which the rights and dignity of all its staff and students are respected. Inclusion Diversity and Equity in Practice at the University of Tasmania provides details of a number of initiative which allow us to progress inclusion, diversity and equity including your personal responsibility. We will also offer some suggestions on ways in which we can contribute to making our University of Tasmania Workplace an inclusive culture, where everyone can contribute and develop. Meet Swee-Hoon Chuah.
