Our principals, who already had a breadth of experience across contingency, contract and executive recruitment, wanted to bring together the best practices from each discipline. On top of these, we were determined to prioritise long-term relationship building over process and methodology. That remains a key building-block for Thomson Keene. Likewise our promise to treat every assignment – junior or senior, single or multiple – with equal commitment. The strength of our reputation, team and client partnerships is firm evidence that this approach has worked. It enables us to complete complex assignments, consistently matching the right candidate to the right opportunity. Clients include the majority of the Investment Banks in London, as well as Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Consultancies, software firms and Fintech start-ups.
