Thom's Sourdough Bakery is an artisan bakery and cafe chain in the heart of Hoi An. Our story began with founder and head baker, Thom, who is dedicated to the time-honored craft of sourdough, adapting traditional methods to the unique climate and ingredients of Vietnam. Our philosophy is rooted in authenticity and quality. We believe in handmade quality, using only healthy, locally sourced ingredients to create our sourdough bread, pastries, and deli items. Every loaf and every croissant tells a story of patience, a slow fermentation process that develops deep flavor and wholesome nutrition. We are guided by the principle 'Together We Rise.' We operate on a foundation of respect and collaboration, from our dedicated baking and cafe teams to the local farmers who supply our ingredients.
