We want every member of our Pack to feel comfortable bringing their full self to work. That's why we have 4 groups/committees who help us to support marginalised groups within tails.com and any challenges they may face - Black Lives Matter, Neurodiversity, LGBTQ+, and Diversity and Inclusion. For us, we know how important it is to have a diverse Pack, who experience inclusivity throughout their time at tails.com.
