The SUBMARINER Network for Blue Growth EEIG promotes sustainable and innovative uses of marine resources. It offers a cooperation platform to related actors and initiatives in the Baltic Sea Region. Using the sea consciously is a way to maintain and improve the region’s natural capital, provide marine-based feedstock and energy solutions and improve human well-being. We aim to turn the Baltic Sea Region into a model region for sustainable blue bio-based innovations and smart combinations. The SUBMARINER Network is a flagship project of the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region (EUSBSR).
