Today at Sprinklr in Austin, we celebrated 16 years of growth and the customers and partners who made it possible! We honored Sprinklrites who deliver extraordinary experiences and recognized 10-year anniversaries. Milestones like this are motivating, and I’m excited to help write the next chapter with this Austin team and our global colleagues. This year’s theme, “Moving Forward Together: Women Educating and Inspiring Generations,” came alive in every conversation and connection. These events remind us of the strength, talent, and passion women bring to CX - celebrating bold discussions, lasting relationships, and the incredible impact women make in our industry. Last Thursday, I joined the Sprinklr team to support the Childhood Trust through its Transforming Spaces initiative. We turned two rooms into welcoming spaces for a family - and what a day it was! Even in 30-degree heat, our enthusiasm never wavered. The highlight was the reveal: seeing the family’s smiles made it all worthwhile. I hope the kids love their new space!
