We provide opportunities for creative people to gain funding and support to bring their endeavours to life across art, design, music and film Soho Apprenticeship provides on-the-job training to support people at the beginning of their careers. As an apprentice, you’ll work full time at one of our sites or support offices, with competitive pay and benefits. Through this training programme, you’ll earn a recognised qualification, take part in professional development sessions with members of our leadership team, and benefit from tailored mentoring opportunities. Soho Mentorship was set up in 2018 as a 16-week programme that connects Soho House members with young people in their city, to grow their connections, confidence and experience. Each mentee is given a Soho House membership to help grow their network, and members who take part will receive training on how to deliver advice and coaching. This year we are mentoring in: London, Oxfordshire, New York, Amsterdam, Toronto, Berlin, Los Angeles, Chicago, Mumbai and Hong Kong.
