SilverAnt collects human-generated training data for AI and robotics teams. Most of what models still lack isn't on the internet. Nobody filmed themselves loading a dishwasher from their own point of view, or recorded an hour of unscripted Brazilian Portuguese in a loud kitchen. That data has to be made deliberately, by people. That's the work. Custom collection. You bring a spec, modality, capture conditions, task list, acceptance criteria, volume. We recruit contributors to match it, run consent, capture, and quality control, pay the contributors, and deliver. Acceptance criteria are agreed before capture starts, not argued about after. Dataset licensing. Datasets we collect and own, licensed non-exclusively. Consent is written for multi-party licensing and cross-border transfer from the start, so the rights hold up when a second buyer asks. We collect egocentric (first-person) video, speech and conversational audio, image and object capture, and custom multimodal work. Our base is Brazil and the wider LATAM region: A labor market where large-volume human capture is economically viable, across Portuguese and Spanish, with a contributor base that hasn't been picked over by US-only platforms. We collect elsewhere when a spec calls for it. Consent is part of the product, not paperwork attached to it. Every contributor and every identifiable person in frame is covered by explicit, versioned, withdrawable consent, logged with timestamps, including bystanders and minors. Withdrawal and deletion propagate after delivery. The LGPD requirements are designed into the pipeline rather than bolted on.
