Public Policy Offices · Edinburgh
SEET is a small implementation focused resource space created by Arne Lindahl. It brings together applied materials, field observations, frameworks, and practical tools related to climate transition, public administration, infrastructure, participation, governance, and policy delivery in practice. The work focuses on how policy translates into real-world systems, services, environments, and everyday public experience, particularly where implementation gaps, accessibility issues, or structural barriers emerge. SEET materials are developed through applied observation, independent practice, and engagement with public sector, municipal, and governance contexts, including work connected to Scotland and Sweden. The platform exists as an accessible space for practical resources, implementation thinking, and grounded public interest work related to long term societal transition.
