We make cream cheese, natural cheese, process cheese, yogurt, beverages and plant-based options – but it rarely has our name on it. Many of our customers sell our food under their own brand. We're much more than a global food company. We recognize our responsibility to do good in the world and are driven to make a difference - for our employees (we call ourselves partners), our customers, our earth and people in our communities around the world. Through our inaugural Week of Giving, our partners across the world volunteered and donated thousands of food items to support the communities where we work and live. We also have a program that’s completely organized by and for other partners who need extra help. Our President and CEO, Ron Dunford, said it best: “I’m a believer that the more you serve, the more you get back in return. Do we want to grow and make an impact? Of course we do. How do we do that? We serve others." Yes, our focus on diversity, equity and inclusion is about creating a safe space for our partners. But we have a bigger purpose. It’s about being able to serve a diverse customer base. It’s about enriching our communities. It’s about helping our leaders understand how to lead inclusively through uncomfortable moments. It’s about educating our partners on how to support loved ones. And so much more.
