Sapro System is a professional industrial painting company based in Szarlejka (Silesia region), operating since 2004. We specialize exclusively in wet spray painting of small plastic components. Our beginnings included vacuum metallization and hydrographic printing, but over time we focused entirely on spray coating. In 2017, we completed a key investment in a modern production line that meets strict EU standards. The painting process takes place in booths with a closed water circulation system and advanced air filtration. Each surface is deionized before coating to ensure excellent paint adhesion and minimize defects. We use a spectrophotometer and gloss meter to ensure color consistency and a high-quality finish. We serve various industries: consumer electronics, household appliances, furniture, automotive, electronics, and cosmetics. We paint parts such as housings, fans, furniture handles, electrical fittings, coffee machine parts, and packaging. We also offer pad printing and consulting on plastic component manufacturing—helping clients select the right materials, technology, and production partners.
