University of Applied Sciences Cologne [Rheinische Hochschule Köln (RH)] is a privately run, nationally recognized university of applied sciences. Offering full-time, ‘dual’ (combining studies and training) and continuing-education instruction, students at the University can enrol in 19 Bachelor’s and 12 Master’s programmes. Instruction is offered in the following areas: engineering, media, healthcare management, business & law, as well as logistics management, marketing management and communication management. With an enrolment of approx. 6,500 students, the RH ranks among the largest educational institutions in Cologne. The course of study is distinguished by small semester groups and a high degree of practical relevance achieved through project-related work, lecturers with experience in the field and close cooperation with the business community. Since early 2011, our engineering graduates have enjoyed preferred access to the continuing-education Post-Graduate Programme at Loughborough University (LU).
