The Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) is the Queensland Government statutory body that administers the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008. Our vision is to make renting work for everyone. We provide accessible, targeted services statewide, including free and impartial tenancy information and support, rental bond management, dispute resolution, compliance and enforcement and education services.
