FBK-IRVAPP is a policy-relevant research institute of the Bruno Kessler Foundation and it is based in Trento (Italy). IRVAPP's mission includes public policy analysis and evaluation, the dissemination of evaluation research evidence among policy makers and the training of policy evaluators and program managers on evaluation methods.
