The linear economy is depleting natural resources, degrading ecosystems and deepening social inequalities. This transition is not a choice, it is a global imperative. Regenerative Ecosystems Association (RegenEcos) is an independent civil society platform founded in Izmir, Türkiye in 2026, working to advance regenerative and circular approaches across sectors through science, innovation and multi-stakeholder collaboration. We aim to bring together producers, companies, universities, NGOs and public institutions around a shared vision of transformation, through research, capacity building, advocacy and ecosystem development across agriculture, food, textile, energy and waste management. Our core programme Regenevate offers an independent and transparent certification framework for agriculture and supply chains, with certification body partnerships established in Türkiye, Spain, Portugal and Greece.
