Redwood Hospice is PATIENT FOCUSED and PHYSICIAN LED. The strong physician presence and care of our quality medical team is what sets our hospice apart from all others. We provide a Visiting Physician Program, led by Dr. Joshi and Nurse Practitioners. Dr. Darius Joshi, Board Certified Geriatrician, & Hospice and Palliative Care Physician is the Founder of Redwood Hospice. Redwood Hospice is locally operated in San Jose. We are incorporating regular physician visits to patients as routine care.
