I support leaders and entrepreneurs who carry increasing responsibility and operate in complex business environments. As an Executive Coach, Team Coach and Senior Sparring Partner, I facilitate reflection on leadership, strategic direction and team development. In my coaching approach I position myself alongside leaders, rather than advising them. I work in partnership, challenging their thinking and assumptions while facilitating the process that enables them to arrive at their own answers and make decisions that are truly theirs and therefore durable. With decades of international business experience as the foundation of my expertise, I later formalized my coaching expertise through certified coaching programs and credentials such as the Professional Certified Coach level (PCC) from the renowned International Coaching Federation (ICF). I also serve as Senior Facilitator and Team Coach within ESADE’s Executive MBA and Executive Master programs, working with senior professionals in leadership development, managing oneself, interactive learning and team dynamics. In addition to coaching and mentoring, I am active as a fully certified property acquisition specialist in Spain, supporting international clients in structured and independent real estate transactions. Supporting both leadership and personal development, clarity in decision making and long term value creation are central to my work.
