As Omniva grows from a traditional postal operator into a tech-driven logistics platform, staying aligned matters. We regularly bring people together through cross-organisation OpenMic sessions, where teams share updates, ask questions, and hear directly what’s happening across the company. These sessions are informal and open, designed to keep information flowing while decisions and priorities evolve. This is part of how teams across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania stay connected while building and delivering at the same time. Building new capabilities means learning in real conditions. Through initiatives like the Vibe Coding Academy and our Innovation Lab, teams experiment, build, and learn together, often alongside their day-to-day work. These spaces support people across different roles and locations in growing skills that directly connect to how Omniva operates as a logistics and technology company. Building and growing Omniva means doing meaningful work together, with clarity on how individual goals connect to the company’s direction. We support that with concrete things we actually use: learning budgets, internal trainings and academies, mentorship, leadership development programs, and health and well-being benefits. We also make space for teams to come together in person - through team days, workshops, and shared moments - while the work continues.
