O2 Power Private Limited is a renewable energy platform that develops and executes renewable energy projects for distribution utilities and C&I customers in India. It has been jointly established by EQT Infrastructure and Temasek with a total equity commitment of up to US$ 500m over the next five years. The Company currently has an RE asset portfolio of 2.5 GW. We aim to scale to a sizeable portfolio, with good quality off-takers through greenfield project development and selective M&A. O2 Power envisions building an industry-leading platform upholding high compliance standards, corporate governance, employee health and safety, and social responsibility.
