Innovation has always been central to the Nordex journey from pioneering the mass production of 1 MW turbines in 1995, to entering the 2.5 MW class in 2000, and launching the first 4+ MW class turbine, the N149/4.0-4.5, in 2017. Today, the focus is on turbines in the 4 to 7 MW class, enabling the next phase of renewable energy development. With production facilities across Germany, Spain, Brazil, the US, and India, and a presence in more than 30 countries, the Nordex Group brings global scale to local markets.
