Our campus in Treppendorf near Bamberg (Bavaria) is a music lover’s Mecca. At its heart: Europe’s largest music store. This is where you can discover and try out instruments, equipment and event technology – inspiration on 5,500 sqm floor space. Also on the campus, you’ll find the industry’s largest warehouse, our t.kitchen restaurant and the Thomann Service Center, where more than 170 expert staff look after care, maintenance and repairs of all kinds of instruments and equipment. Most of our currently 1,700 staff work in the Treppendorf headquarters. As a company with global reach, we have many additional locations in Germany and beyond. Thus Thomann.io, our digital unit, works from Erlangen and Berlin and remotely from all over Europe on developing unique online shopping experiences. In Hamburg, our musicians’ network looks after Europe’s largest community of musicians. Finally, we have opened an office in Alixan/France to support our customers in France even better.
