LongTREC is a MSCA-DN project funded by the EU and led by European leaders of the lrRNA-seq technologies, both at experimentation and computation, to train Doctoral Candidates to become the future leaders in the long-reads transcriptomics. Both, academia and industry are involved in this Consortium.
