Since 1965, Mercury Plastics has been providing innovative thermoplastic solutions to a variety of markets including; appliance, automotive, construction, faucet, liquid dispensing, marine, medical, off-shore oil and plumbing. We are recognized as an industry leader in our ability to provide unique approaches to profile extrusion, injection overmolding and fabrication of thermoplastic parts. Mercury Plastics provides PFAS-free manufacturing processes in extrusions and molded components. At Mercury, we continually strive to deliver innovative solutions for our customers and a positive impact of sustainability for our environment and our community. In addition to our base manufacturing processes, we are further distinguished in that we are one of only a few companies in North America that has a captive electron beam processing facility. This facility houses a 5 MeV electron beam accelerator, which has been in operation since 1999, and a 10 MeV electron beam accelerator that has been in operation since 2024. These electron beams are used to process products that we manufacture and products for outside customers. Mercury Plastics is a division of Masco Corporation.
