mEATquality has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under Grant Agreement No 101000344. The project analyses consumer attitudes, perceptions, and preferences regarding sustainable meat production. The husbandry factors that determine ‘extensiveness’ can be applied and optimised in organic, free range and conventional production systems.
