Kiewit's Canadian roots date back to 1941. Since then, Kiewit employees have continued to build landmark projects across the country, including recent marvels like the Port Mann Bridge in British Columbia, the Turcot Interchange in Quebec and emergency highway repairs following major flooding in landslide in British Columbia. The Great Place to Work Institute® has recognized Kiewit as a Best Workplace in Canada for 14 years in a row. The list is compiled by the Great Place to Work Institute® and is based on two criteria: confidential employee survey results and an in-depth review of each organization's culture. The projects we deliver have an impact on communities across Canada. Listen to Ruddy Ndina, a field engineer in Calgary, Alberta, who got his start at Kiewit as an intern, explain.
