With Strategy 2030+, Jungheinrich targets €10 bn revenue, 10% EBIT margin, and net-zero emissions by 2030 – driving growth and competitiveness. Magazino (2014, Munich) builds smart mobile robots that navigate warehouses autonomously, mainly for e-commerce and production logistics. Jungheinrich, an early investor, fully acquired it in 2023 to boost robotics expertise. Arculus (2016, Munich) develops autonomous mobile robots and fleet software for modular production. Acquired by Jungheinrich in 2021, it adds scalable AMR and multi-vendor orchestration. Together, they strengthen Jungheinrich’s position in intelligent intralogistics automation.
