Jaima Laxmi Techno Center is a subsidiary of Laxmi Group and a sister concern of Sujal Foods. It is a NABL (National Accreditation Board Limited) Accredited Laboratory as per ISO 17025:2017. It has the capability of testing various products like milk and milk products, confectionery, various types of flours, bakery and related products, water etc. The techno center also features a well-maintained, well-equipped training center for training on soft skills, technical skills as well as automation skills. R&D Sujal Foods is facilitated by Jaima Laxmi Techno Center for its R&D purposes. It has the sophisticated pilot machinery to develop all types of molded chocolates, coated chocolates, centre-filled chocolates, enrobed wafers, cream-filled wafer rolls, liquid-filled chewing gum & bubble gum, liquid-filled & powder-filled candies, lollipops, toffees & chews, jellies, tablets, and eclairs at its facility. Its team of experts is qualified food technologists and scientists with experience ranging up to 36 Years from world-class companies. Enterprising It conducts periodic brainstorming sessions for concept creation and product innovation to spearhead commercial scale-up and execution. It is constantly evolving and upgrading with latest confectionery technologies through exposure visits to all international exhibitions, research centers, industry expert trainings. It has systematically and scientifically established trained sensory teams who are constantly tested for their sensory capabilities in product taste, texture, aroma and color. It is the key for success in any food product development. Quality Jaima Laxmi Techno Center has a state-of-the-art facility of a quality testing laboratory accredited by NABL. The analysis, testing, calibration, documentation, and validation are accepted globally, which is done by qualified and experienced food technologists and scientists.
