Aramco’s In-Kingdom Total Value Add (iktva) program is a national localization framework designed to strengthen industrial capability, increase local content, and build resilient supply chains across the Kingdom. By enabling in-Kingdom manufacturing, services, and skills development, iktva supports the long-term competitiveness of the Saudi energy sector and its extended industrial ecosystem. The program operates through structured, long-term partnerships with suppliers, government entities, and academic institutions to develop sustainable industrial capacity. Through these collaborations, iktva advances supply chain resilience, supports economic diversification, and contributes to a stable, globally competitive industrial base aligned with the Kingdom’s strategic priorities.
