Happiness U, Honolulu’s most innovative school of life, features local thought leaders, experts and pioneers in their field. Classes cover the spectrum of personal growth, including mindfulness, meditation, life planning, finding purpose, health and wellness, and more. The center was founded by award-winning author and wellness leader Alice Inoue in 2013. Her company Alice Inoue Life Guidance (AliceInoue.com) has led transformation for hundreds of organizations from local nonprofits to Fortune 500 companies and thousands of people. She is Hawaii's thought leader and celebrated expert on creating meaningful and joyful existence. Her insights and wisdom are also featured in her column published in MidWeek.
