GR-Ex is a national research network dedicated to advancing knowledge on red blood cells in both health and disease. Supported by Université Paris Cité and founded by Pr. Olivier Hermine, GR-Ex brings together research laboratories across France to foster collaboration, innovation, and scientific excellence in red cell biology. Through its extensive European and international partnerships, GR-Ex serves as a hub for interdisciplinary research, connecting basic science, translational medicine, and clinical applications. Our mission is to strengthen cooperation between laboratories, promote training and knowledge exchange, and accelerate the discovery of new diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for red cell disorders.
