Haven is a brand name and a collective name for our unique, wild sourdough and gluten-free bakery products. The Haven product line aims to conquer the Swedish bread market with its home-style approach and unique flavors. Our commitment to producing genuine, additive-free, yeast-free and gluten-free products sets us apart by offering healthier alternatives. With a target audience of health-conscious consumers and a focus on satisfying dietary preferences, we plan to conquer an underserved market niche in the mid-sized market (≈10.000 kg maximum capacity/day/bakery). Expected revenue in the first year from launch: 9.063.430 euros. We will be fully profitable from the second year from launch and will expand our reach nationwide. In the third and fourth business years, when we are operating at our maximum capacity, the expected revenue could be three or even four times the above amount. We have an innovative team that combines culinary expertise and marketing talent. This means we are well-equipped to realize our visions and can back up what we write here with decades of professional experience. Our action plan: Climate-conscious, fresh bread. Our fresh bread is climate-conscious because it reduces waste. It is also important from a sustainability perspective to bake our bread directly from the electricity we produce, and to deliver it from the bakery with our electric cars, which also run on our own electricity. It is important to deliver fresh bread directly from the bakery, and not to deliver it to customers on the frozen, re-baked routes of supermarkets. Analyses show that fresh bread has a smaller ecological footprint than frozen bread, as frozen products have a greater environmental impact. Another sustainability aspect is that the fresher the bread you buy, the lower the risk of throwing it away, thus reducing the environmental footprint of food waste, causing less waste.So our main contribution is to offer bread that is fresh, long-lasting, and free of additive.
