Let’s do it together Human First Real success starts with a culture of collaboration Make your Mark Innovation needs bold ideas and bold people 🌎 As part of our Global Kick-Off week, we partnered with Oceanos Sem Plásticos to take meaningful action for the environment — and what an inspiring day it was! 27 Finastra employees headed to Carcavelos Beach to join a beach clean-up initiative. In just 1.5 hours, we collected: 1 office chair, 100+ cigarette butts, 10+ glass bottles, & various plastic, metal, and even a broken mirror. More than just a clean-up, it was a moment of reflection and creativity. We ended the day with a collaborative workshop where each participant chose an item from their collection bag and placed it onto a shared canvas, turning waste into a collective artwork!
